Got serveral calls from this number. no message

I received several calls from a J Huth as well.  Got a message with heavy breathing.  I've started to harrass them, doing the same thing to them as they are doing to me.

Legaly once you tell them to remove your number they have to do so. By them not leaving messages they can get away with calling you multiple times a day. According to FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) guidelines collectors are not allowed to call more than twice a week. They get away with this by having unknown or blocked numbers and not leaving messages.

Report them.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against the collector.
File a complaint with your state's attorney general.
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
File a civil suit in your state or federal court for up to $1,000 including damages.

The company will be fined. Hiting them in thier pocket book is the only way the will pay attention to thier collectors

this keeps calling about 10 to 15 times a day . my house . its 1-313-346-5271. they dont say nothing.
