Called ID showed Detroit, MI but other look-ups showed it's a VOIP, which means it could come from anywhere. When I answered, there was only silence, so I waited. A deep male voice came on the line and asked for someone I didn't know, and when I said nothing, they said this call was being recorded. Still, I said nothing at at :29 seconds into the call, they said, I am disconnecting this call." Weird! I don't know anyone from Detroit, which is why I said nothing.
