Called this number back (using *67 of course).  They identify as "Vehicle Processing Department".  They don't stay on the line long once they realize you are really calling back.  From what I pieced together from several calls to them, it sounds like they are selling vehicle maintenance plans

Called these people back (using *67 first, of course).  They identify as "Vehicle Processing Department".  They don't talk to you long once they realize you are really responding to them, but from what I could piece together I think they are selling Vehicle Maintenance Plans
