Spamming/harassing me with phone calls about attending University of Phoenix when I never filled out any paper work or have any desire to go there. They still call me after I've spoken with many people to "Please do not call me anymore, put me on the do not call list."

Wow Univesity of Phoenix has called my phone 22 times in three days. Really!!!
Just made my decision of the school I am not attending.
