This number calls and states there is a civil suit, and it has a case number and there is a restraining order; this is the same that a 757 area code number calls you and says as well as other area codes.   Here is the deal, if there is a suit filed against you, the court files with an address as well as a telephone number.  If it is legitimate you will not get a voice generated telephone call, you will recieve the summons in the mail or a deputy or marshal will serve you.  So if you get these phone call, do not respond to them, if you are able block the number as I do.
