Competence notwithstanding, this caller is "Direct Opinions", a customer satisfaction survey agent hired by legitimate businesses such as AmeriGas (who confirmed this).

For valid reasons, call centers typically do not store your number with your id in case you call back (there are simply too many of you).  Therefore if you call back, it is like a cold call which (shoe on the other foot) you might not accept.

Have never visited a Midas nor Charter Communications. Not interested in giving my opinion to any company that has to use outside sources for surveys.
