Fraud Bill collector. Contacted and reported to the FBI, FTC, and local authorities. Basically Indians calling from routed numbers threating lawsuits.

I get calls from a "Susan", a mediator, telling me someone is ready to file a lawsuit against me if I dont come to an agreement with her.

I've been receiving calls from this number and ignoring them. Today I answered and it was a recorded voice telling me that I have been ignoring past communication attempts. My home number is only 2 weeks old. I stayed on the line to talk to a human. I told the man my number us on tbe do not call list. Suddenly, this foreigner couldn't find any information about me and put me on hold. I hung up. Funny thing is, I never gave any personal information to him. We'll see if they call back.

Continue to receive caps from this number. I do not answer them and they never leave a message. Suspect SPAM or FRAUD or Both based on other comments. I am on "Do Not Call List ", and i have no debt for anyone to be calling about. How does this stuff get through??? SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

Received a call from this number " Susan Lockhart" telling me a complaint had been filed against me in district court and unless I reported to mediation that day and engaged "susan" to represent me in mediation, charges would be filed against me. The message included several misused legal terms and was a fraudulent representation of how mediation works in the court system. I called the number back from a different number and "susan" was, of course out of the office, The man who answered the phone would not reveal the name of the company nor his name and hung up on me. This is a fraud and Im very sorry that some unsuspecting people are taken in by it given the frightening language and the general public's lack of knowledge of how the justice system works.
