I've had the same problem.  I've gotten 7 calls in two days from various [***] numbers 'Unknown' 1 555 555 5555, 02.  Thankfully, I closed my Suntrust account over a month ago.  They are starting to rack up minutes on my account, I regret ever having a Suntrust account.  They obviously are giving away phone numbers, since this group is extremely persistent.  I'm going to call TMobile if this keeps up and do something about receiving calls from bogus numbers.

It is the same type of call Press 1, Press 1, give full account number.  However, this system is not too different from SunTrust.  I believe they actually do the exact same thing.

I got one a couple of days ago- was busy and didn't answer.  Later accidentally hit redial and it rang (two rings then i hung up) like any other number.  How does a call even go thru to a 4-digit number?

I receieved a call from 3133 recording saying my Suntrust account had been blocked and to press 1 to reactivate. I don't have an account with SunTrust.

I received a call from 3133 on my cell phone. I didn't recognize it (a 4 digit number, really?!?) therefore didn't answer it. Within 10 seconds I received a text that only had 18005770777 on it. I went to hit reply and my Verizon phone told me "REPLY ADDRESS NOT AVAILABLE". What?!? How can someone text you and not have a return address? I tried the 800 # on this site but no record then entered a search for the 3133 number and found other complaints. Am I the only one to receive a text? I have never had any debit/ATM/credit card and have never even heard of Suntrust!! SCAM!!!
