This is a debt collection business called NCO. The harrass people on a daily basis. Please reprot them to the BBB (beter business bureau).

this number has called my house 12 times in 1 day. They do not leave a message, and when i pick up the phone to answer theres nothing, no one there. I keep saying hello, but get no response.

I called, the man said the company is NCO financial something.... I will be looking further into this.....

This number has called 18 times in last 3 days. Never leaves a message. I've cross referenced this number against others and it does sound like it may be NCO Financial (collection agency). They lost a suit back in 2004 for fraudulent activities regarding collection tactics. Sounds like they need to be taken back to court.
