Called and asked for Janet, ( no one name janet at this phone) then said they were asking for people to send in a one time donation for a person that had cancer and needed help paying their medical bills. Wanted to send me a packet and in it would be a envelope that I could send them a donation.

called my cell; since I didn't recognize number, I didn't answer.  No voice mail left.

Called no one was there..no answer

Asked for head of household, telemarketer/scammer

Just had someone call me asking for Joanne, then when I told her she had the wrong number, she went on some spiel about collecting donations to help women who can't afford their breast cancer medications. As soon as I said "No I really can't afford that right now." She hung up. Clearly a scam.
