Keeps calling my number.

NO MESSAGE

No message left. Continuously calls.

This number continuously calls me every day. I answered once and they said they wanted to help me with my student loans. I don't have any student loans and told them to stop calling. Still called again today. Blocked

I called this number back after having several missed calls. The woman on the line asked me if I spoke English as I clearly communicated with her in English (I don't even have an odd accent). When I repeated her question back to her and said, "do you not hear me speaking to you in English?" She hung up.
