Called today and left message that my telephone # may have been involved in a fraudulent financial transaction and my name and social security # were under investigation and it was urgent that I contact the. This was similar to a message I received approximately 1 week ago from a different Michigan phone #.  No identify of person calling is given. -- SCAMMER

under criminal investigation please call back otherwise warrant for arrest will be sent out with a case number.
he did mention pay day loan from 7 years ago with a bank no longer using. At that time there was a report submitted to that bank, due to
the pay day loan co. taking money out my acct. on their own. They at that time investigated and blocked them.

Doesn't matter.  Not paying back a payday loan is not a crime, just as not paying back any type of loan or credit card, or any other type of consumer debt.  This is simply a scare tactic used by extortionists.
