I AM ON THE NO CALL LIST. wHY DO i STILL KEEP GETTING UNSOLICITED CALLS

Because it is scammers and they don't play by the rules.

Got about 5 of these today, block block and more block , Scam calls never answer ..

I let it roll to voicemail.  It's one of those autobot scams where the recording says you're pre-approved by a secret company for a $250k business loan without qualifying or needing to pay back, press 1 to offer up your banking info, etc.  My sources say these originate from overseas as part of international terrorism funding campaign.  I get about 10 of these a week from new numbers. Blocking them does no good.  I think they cycle through thousands of phone numbers a week.  I never answer long distance calls I don't recognize.
