Wht can be done to stop all of these annoying spam call? I'm registered on do not call, tried blocking (they just use a different number) and not answering ( they wait a few minutes, sometimes a day and call again. Very annoying

called my cell, left no message.  don't know anyone in Detroit.  Called the number back recieved a recording from Kelly with Reward Redemption saying that I have been awarded a $100 gift card or something like that/
