Called, left no message.  No info as to who is calling. The call came on my cell phone.  There are only a few people that are given this number for emergency.  How did they get my cell phone number?  Will check with Assurance to see if they have given it out.  It's a free senior citizen phone.

Your caller is using an auto-dialer, which dials a block of numbers in succession.   In all probability, your provider did not give your number out.
