I wish these people who program these would die a horrible death.

Called on my cell phone, I did not pick up, they did not leave message.
Why haven't the Feds shut these people down ???!!!

The Feds haven't shut them down because they're in Nigeria.  It's an identity theft scam.  What's a telemarketing fine to these crooks when they're committing a felony?

The only way to shut them down is for the credit card companies to cancel the merchant accounts of the thieves.  Which won't happen because the credit card companies are getting millions in fees from the fraudulent transactions.

Maybe someone will sue the credit card companies, but until that happens nothing will change.
