Received a number from this as well as other scams. Check your computer for a program by the name of Pikko. Its often tied to new windows 8 installs and while not technically malware, its been tied to phone scams like this, along with identity theft and some other nasty stuff. I have no idea if this is how the caller obtained my number, but I did recently find and remove this god awful program from my computer.

I've been getting calls from 31313 everyday 3-4 times a day so they called me agin today and this guy with an Indian accent was asking me questions.... I didn't answer any of them. Then he started telling me where I lived he gave me my a dress my telephone number and city state and zip code! How did he know all of that it's weird. .. ok then I told him to quit calling me its getting annoying and he tells me he's a big fan of me he wants to go out on a date with me and tells me he wants to have sex with me and that he's gonna come to my house so we can have sex and he's gonna bring the condomes! Seriously scared. This guy knows where I live!!!!
