Unknown caller who did not leave message.

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 313-023-6843 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

'She' says her name is Nicole but she is a robot trying to sell an alarm system.  It's a ripoff.  Demand that they permanently place your number on their Do Not Call list.  I don't know how much good it will do but if you tell them that you are legally allowed to sue them for harassment it usually gets them to stop.  She called at 10:31 EST on 12/15/14

They called me three times about thirty minutes apart. I answered the third time and got nothing but dead air before it hung up on me. I didn't bother calling back. I just blocked the number.

Buy a Panasonic phone and block.  I currently have approx 17 numbers blocked.

Believe DNC list is sold to telemarketers!
