rec'd 3rd call ,  today (11:05 am) check it out ,  again . its a scam

I recieved one call from them so far.  Thry left a cryptic voicemail asking me to call back in regard to a "serious legal matter," and that they were processing paperwork with my name and SS on it.  

Scam.

I've been getting the same message from a Mr.Thomas who says they have a very serious legal matter under name and social sec. Number, but never does he say who he is calling for.

Same as other reports, said there was serious legal action, and asked for someone I did not recognize.  They said they would take my number off "the list".  Not sure what the purpose of this could be.

Called me twice within 3 minutes. Both hang ups once my machine picked up. Annoying interruptions!
