A Call from this number recorded on caller I.D. 2/2/15 name PLMCO.  I'm on No Call List. I have an old Gateway computer dedicated to answer my phone after two rings.  If there is not a name I know on the caller I.D. shown by this ancient software, I simply ignore the call.  I don't have any idea what PLMCO is.  My phone software has been fielding marketing calls all weekend from 1-212-238-6230; now this.  When are these people going to realize marketing calls are obsolete?

They called me at 9 am 1/31/2015 and wanted to know if I'm the person that pays my ComEd electric bills.  Phone ID came up as PLMCO with the phone number as 312-967-7950.  I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and I don't have ComEd as my electric company.  This has to be a scam, the caller definitely didn't sound American - and who calls people at 9 am on a Saturday morning!
