caller ID showed "city of chicago." No message. Called back and number is disconnected. Looks like a spoofed caller ID and number.

Call to cell phone. Caller ID showed only "Chicago, IL". I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. No msg left. I guess it wasn't all that important!?!
