IRS Scam - Filing lawsuit  Last warning and last warning 2  hours later

Received call from this number on cell phone.  I did not answer.  Robot left message to return call about account.  I called the number back and got a recording that this number has been disconnected or no longer in service.  Sounds like SCAM!!!!

I received 3 calls in one day. The first at 4:56 am, then 7:41 am and 12:06 pm. Automated robot call from the "IRS" that they have filed a lawsuit against me. I can deal with the scam call but not before 5 in the morning and not 3 in one day.

Claimed suit was filed against me and ask to call them back for details.  Just for fun, I called the number (probably a mistake) but no one answered (no recording that the line was disconnected, etc.)

Very likely a scam.
