Number is a Chicago area code. Called and when I answer they would not answer me. They called at 4:39 pm and stayed on the line for 3 minutes until I hung up.

Not interested in calls from folk who have no name!

My Caller ID said Illinois Call.  It is nothing more than a robo caller making it sound like a real person.  They called me twice yesterday.  I answered the first time but didn't the 2nd time and no message was left.  The voice on the robo call was a female saying "This is Emily and then something about there must have been a problem with my head set so I can hear you now.  Saying something about being qualified and with that I yelled into the phone to prove it was a recording and then hung up.  I reported it to the Federal Trade Commission and suggest everyone else does.  FTC.gov

This number called at 11:50am on 3/9/17.  I did not answer, and they did not leave a message.
