Did not leave a message, when I called the number back within a few minutes, a voiceover said that the survey was closed they were calling about and to select 9 to be put on a DNC. There was never a company name stated.

Claimed to be a company called "Cancun Dream Vacation." I supposedly won a free vacation package until I asked them how they got my number - then they hung up. Place them on your your blocked list.
