I received a call frpm this number stating it was about medicare plans. Am very lear because the company name came up as simple solution on my caller id

this cAL CAME TO ME. tHEY SAID THEY WERE From Medicare. I am not aware that Medicare comes to the house. I am afraqid this is a scam. Could you help?
