312 924-0763 is a MEDICAL SCAM sending back braces to people who did not order a back brace and do not need a back brace. They charge your insurance company. They have all your information. Tell your insurance company you did not order the back brace and they refuse to pay for it. Then the company comes after you to pay for the back brace.
