I received calls from the above and returned a call.   They stated they were Advance America.  I decided to take out a loan.  I needed to send $250.00 as a deposit and within 30 minutes the money would br in my bank account.  I sent the money as they instructed.  I waited over 2hrs and they called and stated they need over $450. 00 for insurance on the account.  This was never mentioned until thst time.  I informed I didn't have the money for the insurance.  After a long conversation they hung up on me anx I have not been a able to reach them.  An answering machine comes on and it isn't Advance America.
