Whoever this is called at 6 in the morning!  I have friends who live in the Chicago area, so I thought there might be an emergency and picked up.

I was so discombobulated, I thought they said they were the Better Business Bureau, but upon doing some research, I think they might be Better Credit Bureau?  I have no idea what they want (we have excellent credit), but the man who called said someone had to call him back at this number.  

I wish to call him at home at 3am.
