called every single day until i yellled the [***] out of that lady and never got a call after that. yelling works!

I just googled the name Vertis and came up as a marketing company.  There is also a fraud warning about illegal mailings, faxes and e-mails with their logo

Yep they called me and even got my name right. But I don't owe anyone any money. Lame.

They are trying to use a loophole to do telemarketing I think. They keep calling me and don't leave a voicemail in the hopes that I will give them a call back and then they can sell something to me. I hope there is a way to complain to FTC about this.

These lame ppl continued to call my cell phone but never left a VM. Finally I had intercepted a call from them, asking for someone else. I had asked them when was the last time they've spoken to whomever they seek. Caller replied 5 years ago.  What a dumbass!!! I demanded that they permanently remove my #; informed them that I am on the national do-not-call registry and not to call again. I had also informed the caller that I will report them to the FTC (ftc.gov) and my local attorney general for prosecution if they called again. I think I'll do that anyway!  You should do the same.
