It is a bill collector. They used to call me about this bill (it was a hospital bill of my father's) years ago and I told them (several times) that it had already been paid. Now after 3-4 years they called and left a message on my phone. So - not only was the bill paid years ago, my father has been dead for over 2 years and his estate probated and probate closed. There is no way they are getting any money on this.
