Received a call from 312-893-4798. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. This is the 3rd call from this area code in two days. This is a Chicago area code. I don't live in Illinois.

Called them back... it's Harris and Harris Law which is a collection agency.

Yep, they're a collection agency for the City of Chicago parking tickets.
