Somebody called my house looking for my girlfriends estranged uncle trying to get information on him. When I asked who it was and what it was concerning, the person wouldn't tell me and was beyond rude. I then looked up the number and found it to be a collection agent. What kind of crazy tactics are these companies using to gain information on people. Very scummy. Just crazy

This company has called everyone in my family looking for me....Even somehow getting a hold of my friends home number, and telling her that they are looking for me.....
I really would like to know how they get all of these phone numbers...
