Informed that this number is a "spoofed" number at another website, so they are probably a telemarketer. They did not leave a message, probably testing to see if this phone number is active (they might be using a telephone number generating software program). Unfortunately they will get a voice message if I don't answer, satisfying the purpose of the phone call, but at least I do not have to pay for the minutes they use up. However, that satisfaction will just lead them to persistently phone me a lot, and my phone cannot block the calls.

I got a voice message telling me that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call back to find out the details. Others have reported the same, so I did not call back. Another website says the number is a spoofed number and I also Googled it to make sure it did not go back to an IRS agent. It clearly does not.

I received the same message stating they're from IRS filing a lawsuit against me.
