Didn't leave a message but my business partner had received and answered a call from them.  They look for new business filings and try to offer Merchant Services for credit card processing.  [***] them and go with First Direct.

Got a call from this same number - my caller ID says Check Secured.   I do not answer callers that I do not know and any business to conduct will be with reputable companies I know
