company keeps calling several times a day, asking for different people.

Got a call from this number (Chicago area) on 3/30 and the male with a British or Australian accent asked for me by name.  When I confirmed I was that person, he immediately hung up.  That same day I got numerous bogus charges on my credit card.  My guess is this guy is confirming that he has valid credit card information before he attempts to place bogus charges.  If you get a call from this number, be sure to check any charges going through on your credit cards.  Probably some credit card database was hacked and is being sold on the Internet.

The same person with a British or Australian accent. He told me that he will tell me about a stock to buy!

A women with a British or Australian accent asking me about stock trades.  She wanted to pitch me stocks I guess.  I work in the that industry and egged her on for awhile until I became bored and went to lunch.
