Missed cell call, no message.

Got a call from this number at 12:39 PM today in a restaurant so had to answer it to stop it from disturbing other people.  A lady's voice from a recorder played saying something like that they needed to know if the call was going to voice mail or not and to press 1 to accept the call.   At that I hung up, as it is obvious garbage call.   Forgot to put my cell phone on silent in the restaurant.

Called and left no message.  When I searched the phone number online, it comes up as an "invalid phone number".
