I did answer, it lead to a local 1 year contract position that paid REALLY well (100K).  they were the initial screening company, which lead to the next recruiting company , which led to the submission to the local company hiring the contract.  Don't know if I just got lucky, but it worked great for me!  I was very skeptical, but had been out of work for 3 months.
