Said I got approved for loan

This number is a man that claims he is from advance America lender....but before he will loan you money you must first verify a 100.00 deposit through an iTunes gift card...then he Rob's you of that 100.00. dummy me! And when you call back to get a refund he hangs up. Is there any way to report this to authorities?

You can report it to the FTC and to your State Attorney General's Office, but don't expect your money back.  This is a well known scam.  Advance fee loans are illegal in every state.  Also expect more calls because now they know you fell for it the first time.  You are lucky they didn't get you for more.

I got a call from this number and man said I am pre-approved for a $2000 loan and that I would get the money today, I asked how will I pick up the money and he said he will call me back in 20 minutes and tell me where to go to pick up the funds. I just know this is a scam call. I'm not giving up any money up front.
