They called my home # today, and did not leave a name or number on the voice mail; The only audible message was a brief, "chuckle".

Woman calling asking for IT director (then asked me what IT stood for) ! Wanted to speak to person responsible. I asked who was calling and she mumbled National Science Foundation. Then asked for an individual by name, but there is no such person by that name. She then hung up. Presume it was for marketing research.
