Calls every day for phony survey. I repeatedly request to stop calling but girl won't hang up & won't stop calling & laughs.  I am on the no call list. I am handicapped, in a wheelchair, and annoyance calls are very stressful. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Where do they find these people that enjoy harassing people?
