Scam!  This number is running a craigslist scam and could be running others.

This number appears connected with the owner of the following number: 774-200-6556. If you follow this link (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-774-200-6556) to the 800notes.com page for that phone number, you'll see several allegations of scams for money and personal information using craigslist and rental properties.  

Note: The individual who owns the 774-phone number is FULLY AWARE of the site and has attempted to explain the allegations away and also is potentially posting positive comments about the phone number in an effort to counterbalance the negative posts alleging a scam.
