Call is from the Salvation Army trying to drum up business for their stores.  The message left says "Buy your Halloween costume from us".  Don't know if this is legal or not.  Our number is on the "Do Not Call" registry.

Mine was a legitimate call; I have a pickup scheduled and this number called to remind me of it.  NOT SPAM.
