Got two calls from 312-704-8777.  The caller ID showed "Bear Sterns", but the Indian caller said she was from MediAlert.  I told her to get her lies straight before calling people.  I hung up and blocked the number  It is obviously a scam, or an insane banker at Bear Sterns.
