Calls my phone at least once a day, have told them not to call again. I block them and they change the number,

These calls are coming from a deregulated energy company, Liberty Power. They tried telling me that my current supplier is going out of business and I needed to switch to them. I'm reporting this information to the ICC. This is deceptive marketing/sales activity aka Fraud!
