Caller said we had entered a contest to win  a lincoln for navigator to call to find out details

Got a call saying we won a Ford explorer and gave us a 1-800 number to call back...but we got the call from this number...

I received a couple of calls from this number 312-698-8853.
They left a message claiming I had won some chance on a Lincoln Navigator. The third time I answered and it is another time sharing/vacation scheme.
When I told the man I never entered a contest, he laughed and said "No we
get your postal code and find the telephone number"
Hopefully they won't call back
