Calls our place of business mercilessly, trying to get us to switch to their services. Will argue, scream, swear and never, ever take no for an answer. If you hang up on them, they will call you back immediately and repeatedly, sometimes with a "manager" on the line to try to argue with you some more. Ignores repeated requests to take our number off their list and stop calling. Calls several times per week regardless of what we say to them. Have told them over and over that we will NEVER do business with them, but its like it has become a game to them so they continue to call several times per week and waste as much of our time as possible. Today I had the pleasure of talking to "Johnny" twice (since he called back after I hung up on him) and once to "Michelle" the floor manager after I hung up on Johnny the second time.

A Michael called from this number asking to speak with our CEO. He said his call was regarding changes to our merchant services account. We do not have a merchant services account and even if we did our CEO would not handle this. I stated "so we have an account with you?" and Michael said well no but Im calling from higher up and I need to speak to him immediatley and personally about changes to the account...  Huh? I have no idea what this guy is even talking about. Weird.

I have asked and asked and asked to get removed from this company and another one from Phoenix AZ area code.  Calling to say how they are the higher up of the merchant service provider and I am using a middle man and should switch.  They are relentless I don't know how to make them stop calling.

I got a call today from them, tried to explain the gal that we are a non profit union, she said it was important banking matter, I told her to give me the name of the company she was calling from and kept talking over me, I hung on her and got called back 5 more times, during these calls, she wouldn't give me the name of the company-bank, I told her that the company she works for is a scam, haven't had one call back yet.
