They've been calling my cell almost daily and never leaving a message.  The number is a Chicago city number however I can find no listing for such company in Chicago.  There is a listing for a LHS Incorporated out of Atlanta GA as a debt collection and acquisitions service.   They could not give information about the supposed debt they were trying to collect.  I believe this is a scam.  When I asked for written proof they could not provide without a deposit.
