First off - Why do you call back an unknown number? Are you not aware (as it's been on the news) that some numbers lead to foreign countries where you get a nice BIG fee on your phone bill for calling them? The least of your troubles, for calling them back, is that a computer logs your number as 'live' which will result in more calls. Try call blocking & then calm down with an adult beverage & enjoy World Cup. Don't sweat the small stuff.

I am tired of getting these calls, with a hang up, and on re-dial getting a busy signal. Everything on earth can be found, but no, not a telephone spammer.
