I also got a message from "Bill" from Prize Distribution Center, says I entered a contest a few months ago to win a 2007 Lincoln Navigator. I should call 1 800 996 0081 . No, I did not call, it's almost 2009, model is outdated! (HA HA)

This number keeps "CALLING" my phone, but there is only static and no one on the line. A few days before it was the same thing, with the last four digits -5540.

Same here! This # keeps ringing my phone but noone is ever on the line. It has to be a phony prize distribution center, just a cover for magazine sales. If it were for real, they would have to notify you in writing! Plus, I never entered any contests!
