This is a scam artist that answered an ad on Craig's list. I was selling a laptop computer and had my cell number for texting. This person gave his name as Maxwell and said he was out of the country and wanted to pay extra for shipping and wanted to use Paypal. He was saying he was buying it for his niece.  Yeah right!!  And he kept saying he hopped it wasnt a scam.  I wrote back that if he couldnt pay cash in person, there was no deal and I told him he was the scam.. I never heard back.

Same except it was a phone for a cousin.
